The pinnacle came during his 12-year tenure with the American Red Cross, where he rose to Division Fundraising Vice President, overseeing operations across 8 states and managing 70+ staff members. His results speak volumes: he orchestrated the largest individual gift in Red Cross history—a staggering $40 million donation—and consistently exceeded goals, including surpassing his division's fundraising target by 134% while raising $110 million in a single year.
But Ronald's impact extends beyond any single organization. Throughout his career, he's helped raise more than $1 billion in philanthropic support. As Executive Director of The PRECEDE Foundation, he secured their largest individual gift of $1.25 million and increased revenue by 45% while expanding the donor base by 39%. His secret?
